Beer Philosophy: There’s no one brand, style or country that’s better than the next. I hear people say more often than not; that beer is beer; well…beer is not beer. After three amazing year’s in Germany sampling an abundant of diverse styles from: Belgium (Specialty Ales), Holland (Lagers), England (Stouts) and oh yea…Germany (Marzens-Hefeweizens) I’ve learned one thing…if you buy me a beer; I will thank you…and proceed to happily drank it, no matter what brand, style or country. Now…that being said; if I had my choice…I’d like a Belgian Strong Dark Ale, or maybe a Porter, or a Quadruple, or a Dunkel or even an IPA. That’s my Philosophy.
