My name is Jason Hayes. I’m 23, and a Dietetics student at the University of Nebraska. Meaning I study food, drink, nutrition.
I work in an extensive Wine and Spirits shop when not studying.
I believe that beer is one of the oldest yet one of the most accessible alcoholic beverage styles. That it can have as much complexity and depth as some of the best wines, yet is easier to appreciate because of the levels of flavor.
It can be laid back yet sophisticated. Making it all the better.
