Beer is a special drink because unlike wine and other "pleasure" beverages, beer stimulates the entire mouth. You can feel the carbonation and the texture on the tongue and the palate,and taste the bitterness, and or sweetness at the back of throat. It is a great drink! Thus, i feel as someone who likes beer, that it is my respnsibility to show praise and or crtiticism to brews so that the rest of the world may be informed.
I try to rate beer fairly and accurately. It is truly an enlightening experience to taste so many great beers and share some great beers with some of my good friends!
