I’ve been meaning to put my ratings up for a while, but they’ve remained in my little tasting book- looking to make amends, although I have a tendency to get behind on my ratings more often than not. One should also account for a deflation of sorts- I have grown more critical as time has wore on, as a result of which my earlier ratings may be too lenient/later ones may be too harsh, although I try to be aware of this.
