Beer should be simple, and to the point. Don’t try to impress me with some bonfire-weiss-imperial stout...it aint gonna happen. I have travelled extensivly and know what good beer is. I worked 2 years under a traditional brewmaster so I know what to expect. My favorites include traditonal pilsner, swartzbier-lager style, and a good dopplebock.
