I’m a homebrewer but I very much enjoy sampling the vast array of beers and spirits that are out there. With regards to brew, my philosophy is that all beer lovers and drinkers would benefit by the practice of rating the beer they drink. It enhances enjoyment through understanding of beer styles and applications, and it enhances appreciation of beer through the application of all of the senses.
I say, beer here!
ps. For trading, I am very much interested in what is uncommon, including lambics, geuzes, anything aged with oak, and anything local to you.
