Message JPDIPSO beers 6618 º places 28 º 15:14 Fri 12/4/2009 So, the FDA is informing the brewers that there is no regulation permitting caffeine in alcohlic beverages. Seeing as law, in our culture, is generally proscriptive in nature, here’s my question: is there a regulation that prohibits it?
