So, the FDA is informing the brewers that there is no regulation permitting caffeine in alcohlic beverages. Seeing as law, in our culture, is generally proscriptive in nature, here’s my question: is there a regulation that prohibits it? |

Not to be a buzz kill on this post, but the FDA is investigating products with added caffeine, not coffee flavored beer or beer brewed with coffee. There is a difference. |
