“What a sad little place this was. Kind of in an area of shopping centers and strip malls and big box stores. Very worn around the edges, well past its Glory years. The depressing country music didn't help matters much. Well they had some very diverse taps, it was just enough to fill a flight of four. Service was a bit slow, all in all I couldn't wait to get out of there.“

“Located in the most non-descript, antiseptic suburb in Vermont, this place has the cheesy ambiance of a local mini-chain. I was struck by how dead it seemed on a Friday night. Beer list was solid but I was disappointed their weren’t more local selections.“

“Just outside central Burlington, this is worthwhile stop. Located in a big industrial park, the tasting room is a high-roofed building with plenty of seating, and terrible emo-punk blaring. Extensive draught list of house beers (15-20), with custom flights of 4 available for $8, or single samples for $2. You order at the counter. Beers were quite good overall, with a couple duds and a few standouts - mostly the IIPAs. Mexican food available (tacos mostly), but not a single vegetarian option (let alone vegan), and were charging $12 for 2 tacos. For beer - very good stop.“

“Stopped in here yesterday to pick up some Heady on its delivery day. Wed 2PM Limit 3 $13.99ea Its a natural food store with a small but well thought out beer section that consists of one six foot cooler about the same amount of warm shelf space and a 6 tap growler fill station. They have a big focus on VT beer like most places up here. Some well thought out out of state and national beer as well. Prices seemed decent for the area. I'd go back if in the area.“

“This brewery is around the corner from my companies office in Williston, so I had to stop here after training right? Small taproom on the backside end of an industrial building. Maybe 12 tables with a bar on the left wall. 5 taps and a couple more for samples out of the can. Cans and growlers to go. 5 bucks a flight, tasty beer, friendly guy behind the bar, dog friendly, I don't think you can go wrong with a visit here.“

“Stopped in here for lunch while training for work. Cool open concept room with 40 or so tables and some seating at the bar. Taplist maybe 25 deep with a focus on local but some oddball out of state beer like The Bruery Or Xata and a few cans and bottles like Heady, Focal, and Peche Mortel. Pizza is really great I tried the meat coma or whatever it was called and the buffalo chicken. They got us in and out and the service was great. I'd go back in a heartbeat.“

“How does a brewery in greater Burlington get one review in a year??. About 8 taps going, super friendly and helpful bartender. Flight from 4-8 beers at great prices. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed with the beer here, other than a solid Flemish.“

“Pretty good Mexican food with a small splattering of Vermont beers and a light dose of non-New England beers. It does the trick while in Williston for "some" beers and Mexican food. However, if you come to Essex Junction, El Gato’s Mexican food is a bit better. Only reason why I wanted to say something about this here was because this place has a bit more selection than El Gato’s. Take it or leave it, it’s a clean little place with good service.“

“Food, just like the one in Bridgewater is damn good. Buffalo Chicken sub with a Fiddlehead IPA was a great pairing. Perhaps not a true beer destination, as their selection isn’t as good as the one in Bridgewater. It’s worth a shot if you’re in the area. Yes, they do "ice" their pint glasses, but I said something, so hoping next time, they’ll get it together.“

“Can’t believe I’m only adding this place now, but if you want some really great burgers, be able to take your kids in and have a good taplist while you’re in Williston, please check this cozy and clean restaurant. Right next to the Majestic 10 and just within walking distance of the McGillicuddy’s that’s there.“

“Called here on a Friday, early evening, mid November. Huge place with a smaller area given over to serving visitors. At this time the place was pretty full, to the tune that the missus and I stood up with our flight. The beers were really good, and fairly priced. Cans and 750ml bottles to take away. Noisy and lively. Good stop off.“

“Stopped in after work. Nice clean place. Somewhat quiet for a Thursday in the Summer. Had a flight. Good service, pretty quick. Didn’t have any food. Selection is their beers with some local hard ciders. Value seemed reasonable for the area. I’ll go back.“

“Just around the corner from where I work, I had to make a visit to the new "kid on the block." After walking in, I was met by an extremely enthusiastic crew of 2 servers who seemed to know their beer pretty well. As they made sugguestions, in the back of my head, I thought, sweet, glad to see the new brewery here is gonna do well. Not only was I able to get a great flight of 4 beers for $6, but I was able to talk hockey a little bit. To me for the Williston area, the value seemed reasonable for a flight. Though only 4 beers on tap, I’m not worried, they’ve only been open for 2 months, I’ll go back! Quite impressed, especially with the fact that they look to do not just the IPA’s.“

“This is somewhat my third option in the Burlington area. It’s always clean, well lit. Service is getting better every time I’m in here. Selection seemed good for what they had, and was in the middle of the store. I didn’t buy any food. Value seemed pretty good for that area of Vermont. Overall, the beer section might be somewhat small, but the quality makes up for it. They get Heady on Wednesdays and FYI, for a 4 pack, it’s a dollar cheaper here than pretty much every other place in the area.“

“Quick stop between breweries to look for some Heady. They definitely get it, but not on Friday, and there was none to be found. Decent selection of other beers, nothing too shocking.“

“Stopped in after work, and had 3 really great local beers. This was an exceptionally clean place with a really low key atmosphere, probably because it was a Monday. I’m guessing it’s probably a happening place on the weekend. Beer selection was really good as a fair amount of local variety spices things up with some breweries a bit further away such as Dogfish Head, Ninkasi, Anchor, 21st Amendment and Founder’s. Ashley, the bartender seemed to know her stuff as far as beer and kept me well hydrated as far as beers are concerned. I didn’t have any food but did scan the menu and it did look pretty enthralling. Value seemed reasonable for the Williston area. Yeah, I’ll go back.“

“Went here for lunch, had a flight of a Hermit Thrush beer, Sixpoint, Zero Gravity and Evil Twin, after a HF Everett Porter and then some buffalo tenders to accompany and balance out. This very clean atmosphere had a very enthusiastic sports atmosphere with at least 10 HD tvs, locked and loaded for whatever sports will be up and coming. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection as they also had Heady Topper and Focal Banger in cans. I say when in Williston, with all of the shops around there, let your wife/girlfriend go shopping, and stop here for some brews.“

“These guys seem to be hitting their groove. The beer is very good, sample flights only unless there is a city permitted pint night. Taproom coming soon. Update 25 March 2016 Now serving full and half pours along with cheese boards.“

“Last stop before the airport. Really cool warehouse space with a small bar and a couple of tables. Games available as well. Flights of four (pick your own) were reasonably priced. Service was decent. Due to weird Vermont laws, they can sell tasters or growlers to go, but no pints, except on Saturday, when they have a food truck on premises. Beer was, unfortunately, nothing to write home about, but otherwise this is a pretty interesting place.“

“Visited the brewery courtesy of jamesewelch (thanks!). Large open warehouse space with plenty of room for expansion. On entering, there’s a narrow area leading to the bar. Flights can be purchased to try these tasty beers. There’s also bottles for takeaway of their seasonal brews. Growler fills available. Owner and brewer Joe was great to have a yarn with. All the best to BBC in the future.“

“Pretty nice place; has a bit of a chainy brewpub feel to it, but once you get over that there is a large dining area, featuring wood fired pizzas and other mostly locally sourced cuisine. The bar area is fairly small, but was also pretty dead when I arrived just after nine. Worth noting is that the hours posted here are summer hours; they close earlier in the off-season. The taplist was very Vermont/New England focused; I counted a California and a couple of Colorado beers that did not fit that mold. They do tasters -- you can pick a flight of four from the taplist, which is pretty nice. Wood fired pizzas are solid, service is Vermont standard (good). All in all a pretty good stop. No HF on tap, in case you were wondering, but the have Heady in cans.“

“Great pizza. Good selection of beer. Lots of Vermont beer that you can’t find elsewhere, especially the more southern Vermont breweries. Still has the "Ponderosa" feel to the layout, but the food is good and beer selection isn’t bad.“

“Établissement visité le samedi 10 janvier vers 12h. Ambiance: Petit salon de dégustation dans un loft industriel. Table à pique-nique et sofa. Musique indie en sourdine. Présence de jeu de société sur les tables ainsi qu’une table de ping-pong. Service: Service au bar et présentation des bières. un peu lent mais il y avait beaucoup de monde. Sélection: Lors de notre passage, 6 bières en fût ainsi que e en bouteille pour apporter. (252e rating d’établissement).“

“Two families with four kids went here and everyone had a wonderful time. Great pizza, good flights of beer. Although there are no unicorns, all solid choices. Great waitress that helped out with some of the "special" wants of the kids. Value is there with adults drinking, pizza for all and dessert for the kids all for $100. We will be back.“

“A nice family restaurant with an open floor plan convenient to I-89. Service was excellent and our waiter was well informed and equally disappointed that there wasn’t Hill Farmstead available. That said they did have a couple of excellent substitutes on tap or HeadyTopper in cans. Pizza was excellent and we all were amazed when we finished and realized none of our pies had tomato sauce. The garlic butter and buffalo chicken pizzas were both excellent. We were all satisfied and happy at the end of our meal - cost was about right. Overall I would highly recommend.“

“Had lunch here. Good selection of beer with plenty of regional favorites. Our group had a variety of the menu items and all thought that the food was good. Could become one of my new hangouts when my wife wants to come and shop... :)“

“We stopped by here after a movie. Not bad for a strip mall joint. Great sports bar with plenty of televisons. There wer 18 beers on tap, many great national brands, a number of locals as well. The local beef burger was outstanding. If your wife wants to go shopping in Williston, let her, you now have a great place to spend time while she spends money!“
