78 /100 57 LAKESIDE DRIVE Located at beamus point tourist trap. Cutsie place with nice eye candy. Warehouse feel hunter lodge. Easy to find, decent off street parking. Nice atmosphere and not busy on a friday afternoon. Plenty of seating at the bar. Lots of seasonals and hardrinks. Nice view of lake from inside. Also good deck seating as well. Had a couple of flight samplers for $30. |
74 /100 57 LAKESIDE DRIVE This place is only open in the summer months as a new outlet for Ellicottsville. If you happen to be staying near the lake it provides a good place to swing through before dropping down to Jamestown to visit Southern Tier. The interior is metal with doors that open up onto a patio and Lake Chautauqua. As far as the selection goes you’ll find half hop driven beers and half stouts with about 12 beers on tap at any given time. Should you run across any favorites there is a cooler for takeout. I could see myself stopping in again despite the fact that the beers weren’t my favorite only because the touristy neighborhood provides a nice opportunity to pass some time on a hot summer afternoon. |
