“This was the first Winking Lizard I've ever been to - they don't have any down in my part of the state - and it was a welcome oasis after long, hot bike ride through Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It's right in downtown Peninsula, near one of the CVNP railroad stations and a number of other businesses. Great setting. The inside is well-worn and was pretty chaotic on a Saturday afternoon. It seems well-staffed, with servers rushing every direction. The menu made it seem like there are more beers than there actually are - I think I counted 36 taps - because there's a weird numbering system I couldn't figure out, but they do have quite a few bottles. One of them was Jackie O's Polycephaly III, which was an exciting find. The food menu is also huge, and the food seems like average bar food in quality, maybe a little above average. Hit the spot for me. Great location if you're visiting CVNP, a fun spot after a long ride. Really unique setting.“

“This place is a gem in the middle of The middle of the Cuyahoga Valley Nation Park. This is a beer drinkers heaven with over 20 taps and a 100 bottles of craft beer from all over the world. Service is pretty good but this place gets really busy. Food is awesome, but a little price. Wings and ribs are my personal favorite, but they do have a ever changing seasonal menu. They do have a 100 beer tour which receive a jacket at the end of every yearly tour. Its quite interesting and meet a lot of very interesting people that know their beer and is involved in the brewery industry Great place to hang!“

“What an interestinng place and locale. Worth following the school bus down a winding road for stops. Knowladgable and helpful staff, free popcorn and good bar food. A bit too much of a sports bar theme for me, but good selection and lively“

“Nice tv lay out,,, always crowded. Bartenders are okay. Like all WL I don’t know why the owners don’t hire some better looking staff for bartenders. While I like their beer, the food just doesn’t do it for me,,, and they don’t run too many specials.“

“Stopped in with my cousins my first night in Stow. Incredibly large tap selection with an equally large bottle selection. Great atmosphere. Service was good, the beers were great and the food was as well. The burgers are quite tasty. Stop in and start your attempt at the Beer Tour to get your jacket. Many great beers to choose from. Good selection of Belgian bottles as well as Founders and Bells on tap. They also do a featured beer and for a little extra, you keep the glass. Got a really nice Dogfish Head glass out of the deal.“
