Using 100% Japan grown Shirakaga plum, this is completely additive-free plum wine made from sake. お米由来の甘味と梅の酸味が飲み心地の良い梅酒です。日本酒のまろやかさと酸味のきいたフルーティーな味わいが合わさることで市販されている梅酒とは異なる深い旨みとコクが感じられます。ソーダや水割り、お湯割りはもちろん日本酒で割っても風味がさらに引き立ちます。飲みやすさと味わいのあるタイプの梅酒です。冷蔵庫などでしばらく寝かせることでまろやかで、風味豊かになります。お好みでお試しください。

ABV: 11.0%. Clear light amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is almonds plum, sweet, sugary, rice, marzipan touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, plum, sugary, marzipan. Body is medium, texture is oily- syrup, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20231006]

Sample from bottle at work dinner. Clear orange copper, no head. Lots of almonds in the aroma with sweet and a bit syrupy and floral plums and apples. Taste is syrupy sweet intense plum, apple blossom and almonds. Full bodied and sticky. Pretty straight forward and linear dessert wine, but very tasty and quite balanced and paired very well with plum confit and ice cream. :-)

Det här var min första sake någonsin så min referensram är rätt liten men det här var inte dumt alls. Smaken bar toner av plommon och marsipan, kroppen var stabil och balansen var i toppskick.
