COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A delicate yet pungent showcase for Mosaic hops, this riff on our favorite blonde ale has just the pale malt bill in common with her sister beer, Eureka. Delicate and pleasantly hoppy, with aromatic and flavorful notes of fleshy papaya, orange juice, and mango, you’ll have a hard time believing this one is so sessionable. Refined and bright, this is the perfect beer for any occasion. We are absolutely in love with the Mosaic edition!

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2021 That can in the picture looks nothing like mine, but the code on the bottom says with Mosaic. Pours a hazy golden yellow from the can with dense off-white foam that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of fruity and grassy hop notes, berry with tropical boots lbits, a touch of resinous new school earth, light malt behind. Taste follows, moderately bitter with a light sweetness to balance. More SIPA than blonde ale, but solid.

Can, by way of a trade with Leighton. Cheers! Fully hazy, vivid, yellow gold. Sticky foam of white. Nose has soft, estery yeast. Bready malts. Light, lemony sherbet. Notes of peach, white pear, and sweet orange. Taste is light dry, with a soft, yeasty, citrusy bitterness. Light body. Bright carbonation. Light, citrus bitterness to finish. Great stuff, as you’d expect.

Shared a can with Erica. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Beautiful aroma, loads of hops, grapefruit, tangerine, peach. Light sweet flavor with lots of juicy citrus fruits, some tropical notes, light pale bread sugars, more peach, nectarine, tangerine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pithy and juicy in the finish, more tangerine, faint pine, light rind. Thanks for the trade JB.

Wife and I thought this was their best beer by far. Nose wafts out and makes the whole house smell great. Mostly tropical. Though the can said mosaic on bottom this one was missing the earthy notes. Love this.
