Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee caramel chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate coffee aroma. Roasted malty coffee chocolate finish.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2016 Tap@Banksia. Pours dark reddish Brown with lasting tan head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malts and a hint of chocolate. Taste is roasted, dry with coffee and ends dry and light and moderately bitter. Is there a little chili in there? Mouthfeel is light.

Draught. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice roasted flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

From tap at Taphouse. Black with a beife head. Aroma and flavour of roasted malt, coffee, botterness and chocolate.

Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, coffee, coffee dusty, coffee vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted bitter, malt bitter, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160203]

Taster at Taphouse. Medium high light brown lasting creamy head. Clear dark ruby body. Mild roasted malt coffee straw aroma. Acidic bitter roasted malt coffee flavor. A bit thinbodied. Low carbonation. Long dry finish.

Tap@Mig og Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus. Pours black with an off-white head. Aroma and taste is roasted malts, dark roasted coffee, chocolate, caramel sweetness. Soft carbonation. Light bitter to sweet finish.

(on tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren) Poured at fridge temperature into a shaker glass reveals a clear, dark brown body with one finger head. Aroma is of cold coffee or coffee grounds. Oily texture, medium body, soft carbonation and a short and balanced finish. Flavour is like drinking cold coffee but more pleasant. It is admirable how the coffee and beer have been fused into one very drinkable beverage and I have to say if I had to choose a coffee beer to go with my breakfast I would take this one over the Beer Geek and the Maple Bacon anyday for its simple, clean and unpretentious expression that would not get in the way of my enjoyment of the other ingredients of a properly decked breakfast table.
