2015 College Football Thread - In Season Edition

I was rooting for Iowa. The wife was rooting for MSU. Her best friend graduated there. That last drive was classic Big 10. Disappointing. Took so much time off the clock.

Rose Bowl is a fine enough consolation prize for a team that was expecting to be a 7/8 win team. Haven’t been in 25 years.

Only lose 5 starts to graduation, I believe, too.

Lotta kids on the squad got reps/great experience this year too with all the injuries.

A touch tougher schedule (but not too much) but next year sets up great as well.

Rose Bowl win, sustained success = very good for recruiting. 2017 Class was already aiming to be a very important one for Iowa with legacies like AJ Epenesa.. we’ll find out if Kirk has this thing moving at a good clip over the next year or so.
