870 this year. I've already surpassed my total for any previous year...

1373 this year; I had a dry month (February) and I'm hitting the local breweries less consistently, still the total at the end of the year will be pretty good for my average.

In general, ticking in North America is so much easier.

767, which is my slowest year for this time in October in quite a few. Not coincidental that my daughter is 14 months old. Some things are worth slowing down for.

Two days later, his son (respectively, his son's baby buggy) was first in line at Borefts :D

I'm up to 1.145 so far this year, which makes 2017 my biggest year yet. A couple of festivals and lots of travel have certainly helped.

I'm from Vancouver originally and I couldn't disagree more on that point. It really depends on the city: Amsterdam, Budapest, and Kraków (amongst others, I'm sure, but those are ones that I am in frequently enough) make it much easier than Vancouver does, whereas you really have to work at it in a city like Brussels (ironically). China's not bad either, though: Hong Kong is easily my favourite city for swimming in new ticks and you could spend a week at Beer Lady in Shanghai and never get through everything in the fridges.

He did say "in general", though.

I don't think this was meant in a logical sense.
