New beers this year: how many so far?

~750. Going to be my most in a year by far, mainly because it will only be my second full year here.
While it's not as high as some of the more prolific raters here I'm not so proud of it as 90% of this is bottle/can stash I'm working through. An unhealthy and expensive way to amass rates as opposed to thirds at festivals etc.

180ish, so heading for my usual 200ish per year. I enjoy beer rating, but my family and my main hobby of hill bagging come first.

I seem to have settled at about 1600 a year. 3 to 4 new beers a day. Could be more but there is enough new beer and good beer out there so i dont care. Its not about the numbers.............

2213 so far this year.

Closing in on the 2250 from 2016 wich was my highest yet.

At 2102 so far this year, on pace to just beat my all-time high from 2016 (2488).
2016 was also the first year I hit 2000. Not racing/training heavily anymore has made hobby #2 become hobby #1.

More importantly, I think this year has been the highest quality year for me. The top 10% of what I've had has been ridiculously good. I have the continued excellence of Alesmith and Modern Times to thank for that, and the rise of Monkish and Trillium.

My obsessive compulsive disorder tells me to rate 50/month. So I'm at 500 so far and will hit 600 again for the year.

646 so far this year, new year record for me. I expect to close the year around 800. 80% full bottles and cans from around Europe, from business travel and the great year for IPAs and DIPAs in England, 20% in bars in Brussels, Canada, Paris, Amsterdam, plus others, mainly from travelling with work, good times for foreign rates at the moment. All quality beers also, maintaining my 3.62 average for beers reviewed.

338. 173 of those in the last three months. I'm escalating, that's for sure.
