Nitrogenated Coffees for beer retailers: Reverse Starbucks idea?

I am sure thousands of people walk by Piece, for example, on the way to the train station for work. Why not use that location all day? Heck, sell them some breakfast pizza too.

And the one closest to my house that my dude manages does crazy business from open to close. And the line where the crowd shifts from majority coffee to booze is a blurry one. people are drinking wine @ 11am and coffee when it’s dark out.
