I asked Jim to ship earlier than me because I was going away on holiday for 2 weeks and he obliged without hesitation even though we hadnt traded before. |

He then sends some bottles of Blue Lady Berliner as a thank you for replacing the bad bottle. Way above and beyond anything he needed to do since it was my responsibility to fix it in the first place. I can’t wait to pop or buy him a beer next time I’m in Chicago as a thank you!
