Then he tosses in 2 Hopslam, 2 Founders Pale Ale, 2 Tyranena Devil Made Me Do It and a duck rabbit barleywine. Are you kidding me. Thanks B, I am blown away and can’t wait to dig in!! An awesome selection of mid-west goodies from Blake. Dark Horse, Tyranena, and New Glarus among them. Then 2 nice bottles from Belgium, Boon Oude Gueze and Cantillon Classic Gueuze. A few other brews as well. I’m not sure where the trade stopped and the bonuses began, but I know it was a great box, just like always. I will never turn down a chance to trade with Blake!

You best believe there are many heavy hitters in here that I don’t have to mention because you can imagine what they are. 21 brews in all.

Blake hooked me up with an array of sourness. 1-La Folie, 2 NG Sour Browns (retired, impossible to get and tasting quite nice right now!), 1 De Dolle Oerbier Reserva, 6 or 8 NG enigma (can’t remember), and threw in a MA Dragonslayer along with some others as extra’s. Blake is another WI trader that comes highly recommended. Thanks again my man!!!!
After an early winter storm thwarted an in-person trade, Blake packed all my beers up and shipped them to me. In addition to all the agreed-upon beers (including a Dark Lord and some Enigma, Hop Whore, Copper Kettle Weiss, etc.), he slipped in a Thomas Hardy 2002 (I hope I found everything in the box!). Great execution and great communication under challenging circumstances.
