Oct 2016	MarcoDL	Made a deal for a 1:1 and agreed to talk about expanding. After a few days and messages, he stopped responding, but kept asking for a little more time. Over a month after the initial agreement, he told me he did not want to do the deal after all. I’m not advising against a trade, just be cautious.
