A perfectly-packed box of BC goodies, courtesy of my pal Stephen, contained a few bombers of Phillips big beers, R&B Auld Nick, Fat Cat Barley Wine, 2 bottles of Pike IPA, 2 bottles of Flying Dog Gonzo, etc. I think the bottles would have survived a 3-story plunge too! Just great, we must do this more often.
Stephen sent me the following Bieropholie beers; IPA, Golding, Cascade, Calumet, MacKroken Flower and Imperial Stout. I also got a bottle of 2001 St. Ambroise Vintage Ale, Unibroue Fringante & Seigneuriale. Well worth the 4 week wait and I can’t wait to trade with him again!
Stephen was great to trade with, and with that US shipping address, my concerns about shipping to Canada were erased. I was delighted to finally lay my hands on the elusive Boutin Pomelle thanks to tiggmtl, who used his connections (muzzlehatch, I believe?) to get this across the border and into my hands. Even threw in an interesting looking German bock beer! Excellent trader, good communication, highly recommended.
