“Not too far of the A55 in Ewloe, this is an older building but anything but inside as it’s full of funky dark modern furniture and fixtures and fitting to match. It looks and feels like a cocktail bar and the only think traditional are the drinks. The hand pump range is generally from the Marston’s family of drinks, although a selection of the guest ales that do exist here can be seen on one of the wooden stanchions in the shelter part of the garden which is also as eclectically designed as the interior. This includes lots of modern and durable garden furniture and is eclipsed by a fence that separates this from the decent sized car park at the rear of the building.“

“A GBG entry which has 6 hand pulls from the Marstons range. A friendly pub which aims for the food market. Well kept ale but if you’re a ticker you will only get monthly specials from the Marstons range. Worth popping in if you’re close.“
