Wooden atmosphere. Stools look like wooden mushrooms. 16 beers on tap. Great selection. If I remember 2 local beers (Charlotte and Nautile) ; a sour from Mont Salève ; Dupont saison (never a bad choice). I chose a licorice sweet baltic porter (Oedipus/Pohjala) ; nice. 50 beers available (same craft spirit) ! Overall, great address, hard to deceive any beer geeks. I remember samples formula ("galopin" 12.5cL) were available too !“ |

Many students. 15 craft beers on tap ; 3-4 craft french beers, not really local or regional ; belgian classic. Good selection of bottles (many belgians of course, some european craft bottles with a few interesting imperial stouts). I tasted an imperial stout from De Molen (11 euros, bottle) and a 12.5cL french Saison brewed in Denmark (free!, thank you barman). I waited several minutes for the bottle but the barman was very friendly ; moreover we had a nice short chat ; good knowledge of his stuff.“ |

They proposed 3 or 4 of their beers on tap and 4 french beers guest. On their beer menue, I saw that they already brewed 8 beers. I didn't eat there. During festival, I had a card with credits ; I think this is the same system on a regular basis. Ok price. Friendly young staff. I will come back.“ |

December, 2016. ’ve been there 1 week ago. West of Nantes. A few parking places in front of the shop. Inside a bar (V and B-like), 8 beers on tap, not really memorable, classic... Next to the bar, a space for the restaurant and... the *bottle shop*. Honestly, the selection of beers is pretty amazing : many US, northern european beers (imperial stouts, saison...). I saw for the first time in France in a bottle shop : Bruery, Alesmith... Also, Rogue, Eviltwin. Moreover, a good selection of gueuze (several Cantillon, Boon) and red sour. Good selection of belgian ales (Bastogne...) ; a few french beers too. Honestly on the french side, I think Bières é Chopes Basse-Goulaine is better. This place is more interesting for US beers and geek beers. For example, I found several goses and an imperial raspberry stout from Thornbridge. Staff is friendly, many useful advices. Good value. Honestly, maybe a bit more expensive than usual but I bought many good foreign beers. Of course, I will come back for the shop and the restaurant.“ |
