“Okay-sized classic corner pub - actually so classic looking I'm genuinely surprised it was rebuilt so recently! Good service, good selection of beers, both local (we went primarily for Figeholms) and general macro/micro stuff. Sadly didn't go for food, but Viktor's review here would have piqued my interest had I seen it, not that we would have had the time. All in all, also well worth visiting!“

“Nice place in a surprisingly thick craft beer area in Oskarshamn, fairly sizable patio, looking at a lovely mural, though we had to sit in a weird corner by the AC units, as it was nicely filled up by a young crowd. Good service from what I remember. 9 or so taps, varying between macros, local craft, hype Swedish craft (or at least hype styles), and random foreign craft and non-craft. Pretty okay representation of local stuff, Figeholms from Figeholm and Viking from Mönsterås both some 10km away in different directions, along with Bracino from Kalmar and Emmaboda which are a bit further south in the same län. Those were our focus at least. All in all, a very nice find!“

“Visited June 2022 with beery friends. Spacy place, lots of seatings i side as outside. Placed in citycenter. Friendly service. Good selection of local beers booth on tap, as on bottle. They do food, though we didn't eat at our visit.“

“Update: Did sadly burn down in the summer of 2018. Is being rebuilt at the moment (december 2019). I was very happily surprised when I found this place on Instagram. And it lived up to my expectations in life. Getting two new Omnipollo ticks when I’m travelling for work is great... 8 taps, which of 2 rotate and seems to be interesting over time (I had a Omnipollo Mango Smoothie IPA on draft). Obviously Spendrups sponsored place, but a nice selection of bottles still. Stuff I know hit the importer’s stock a week before I visited this place, so they obviously have some ambition. Nice, quick and professional service from a young girl who really knew what she was doing. And the food was great! Their chef is Indian and makes really authentic, delicous Indian food. The isterband looked pretty good too. Prices all around, both for beer and food, were generally 10 or 20 SEK below what I’m used to in Stockholm. The interior is kind of run of the mill English inspired pub, but a bit lived in and fun. Will gladly be back next time in Oskarshamn!“
