“Visited here on the basis of a previous review as there were a couple of beers listed I wanted to acquire. Sadly it seems to have taken a step back with its selection, although bottled ales were available it was very familiar stuff you see up and down the country. It probably had a bigger cider selection than ale, although if you’re looking for a gift then a special Thwaites bottled ale box was on sale.“

“I wouldn’t normally rate a chain of shops or a franchise like this, but while staying at Rhos on Sea on a family holiday this was the only place to buy beer and it did represent a few of the local Welsh breweries very well, as well as a Shropshire one - credit where it’s due, methinks!“
