C-U Beer Club

How does one become a member. I live north about an hour, but interested, STEVE

To become a member, one needs only to attend a meeting. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at Crane Alley, 115 West Main St, Urbana, IL. We meet at 6:30 PM for dinner and the tasting follows. People are asked to bring 24-36 ounces of a particular beer to share. Each month has a theme. The March meeting is on the 19th and the theme is beer from breweries East of the Mississippi. You can learn more about the club and the upcoming themes at our Web page: www.cubeerclub.com. Many members also gather weekly on Sunday at The Corkscrew on South Vine Street in Urbana for that store’s beer tastings. Hope you can make it.
