I will be visiting Frankfurt for one night on my way to Brussels and I was wondering if anyone has seen Stone Berlin beers for sale or in Tap in town?. I was thinking to bring some cans from San Diego and do a side to side tasting. |
Originally posted by beercation I’ve only seen them in a couple of very specialised shops here, and have no idea if such places exist in Frankfurt. Would be an interesting experiment in any case. If nothing else, contact the brewery itself for ideas? |
Or order yourself a package from online, e.g. bier-deluxe or bierpost, to a Frankfurt address. |
Should be definitely available at Naiv in Frankfurt. I can call them for you and ask? Otherwise I know from my local store in Ingelheim, that they have all cans. Its about 35mins from Frankfurt. What date you visit? |
I am only spending one night there then head to Brussels. (Nov. 10th) but I was definitely planing to visit Naiv. I wonder if I bring some fresh crowlers from the brewery. They would let me open them to compare. |
"Die Bierothek Frankfurt" a bottle shop in the shopping mall Skyline Plaza close to Messe Frankfurt should also have Stone cans. |
Originally posted by Maracuja05 Oh cool. Thanks for the heads up. Yeah, I am going to Cantillon brew day, have you been there before? I was wondering if I need to camp out outside and if people drink at the line. |
Unfortunately I havent been there for the brew days. So no input from me. But as it is the whole day, I suppose you wont have any problems to get in. I will be at Cantillon just the week before :/ |
Heading back to Stuttgart on Saturday. Will try to check out the local bars. |
