Upcoming Central Ohio Breweries

Old threads lock after 6 months, so here’s an updated list for Columbus and central Ohio (note: these include my notes, which are intentionally brief, and accurate to the best of my ability):

Crooked Handle Brewing Co. - Springboro - Full contact info available. Build-out complete. Awaiting final inspection. Opening date will be announced soon.
Kindred Artisan Ales - Gahanna - Production brewery in East Columbus opening in ‘next few months,’ tap room and barrel house on Morrison Road to follow. Dates TBA.
Y Bridge Brewing Company - Zanesville - Some contact info available. Just signed lease, working on test batches. Spring 2016.
TBA Brewery - Springfield - West North Street location is former Springfield Metallic Casket Company building. Kevin Loftis development. Most recent article cites May 2016 target.
Multiple Brewing Company - Nelsonville - Some contact info available. Wanted to launch in late August but has been quiet lately.
Chops & Hops Brew Haus - Bellefontaine - Full contact info available. Closed June 2nd to retool food and prepare beer recipes. Reopening as a brewpub. Targeted fall but has been quiet lately.
BrewDog - Winchester - Large production brewery announced. Site work has started. July 2016.
Maple Hill Farm Brewery - Washington Court House - Homebrewing operation converting to licensed brewery. No timeline.
Muttly Moe’s Brewing - Pickerington - Some contact info available (Facebook). Licensed, seeking investors.

Plenty more breweries in the area are seeking licenses, funding, sites, etc., but I’ll hold off on those for now. Please post here if you’re aware of any others in development, or any updates on the above.
