Visiting the Chi over Memorial Day

Any recommendations from you guys and gals? We visit about every other year, but a lot has certainly happened over the last couple. Any new bars, breweries, or gastropubs that are "can’t miss"? Any events going on during that time (March 22 -24) that aren’t on the Events page? Looking for general recommendations as well. FWIW, anything too far away from the L is probably a place that we won’t visit. Thanks in advance!
