I’m a Belgian guy who is passionate about cooking, tasting, slowfood, regional products and beers! Thanks to ratebeer I started discovering foreign beers in 2010, shifting my focus from all Belgian beers to only new or discontinued Belgian beers and good foreign beers.

In 2013 I entered the top 5 of Belgian ratebeerians. There’s many people to thank for that, numerous friends, family and couch surfers have brought me new country ticks from their travels or home. A lot of people have shared my bottles, thus saving my liver and my health. Some people have contributed a lot to my beer adventures, sometimes by sharing very rare and special beers with me, sometimes because of their nice company while having a beer. These are the people that come to mind first, don’t feel offended if you’re not in the list. I always enjoy sharing a beer with everyone.
