UPDATED: MAY 15, 2022 Clear copper colour, small but persistent white head, huge bubbliness. Smell is sour wood, funky, oranges, apples maybe even some cherries, salty tart citrus, hint of cumin, curry. Taste is bitter, sour with a clean finish, which leaves a slight hint of wood and sourness in the mouth. The fizz is strong in the beginning but bears of nicely. Complex, lots going on, brilliant!

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2021 Bottle. Color: Clear golden to orange amber, white head. Aroma: Malty, sweet and tart. Taste: Lightly tart, moderate sweet, hay, malty. Hints of wood and white grape, citrus. Subtle funky notes. Nowhere near the lovely Girardin Black. Too much sweetness for me.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2020 Bottle, 37,5 cl @home. Pours a clear golden with a frothy white head. Malty aroma with a weak sour in the background. Taste is fruity sour with green apples and unriped plums. A sharp aftertaste. Very smooth. A nice gueuze.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2020 37,5 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Rovin, Dongen. Light hazy amber with a thin white head. Sour grape aroma with some wheat. Tart taste with some fruity notes as well. Dry-ish finish, not as dry as most Lambics. Decent gueuze.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2020 Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have very light notes of wood and funk. Quite mild with obvious sweetness from residual sugars. For the same price you can better choose Boon Gueuze.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2020 0.75 l bottle with champagne cork from K-Citymarket Ruoholahti, Helsinki. Dark golden, clear, practically no head, bubbles. At first I tasted something different I couldn't quite pinpoint what it was. Later on I realised it is the taste of grapes. This resembles somewhat white wine for some strange reason even if there is really no grapes. Not just bone dry which makes this interesting.
