UPDATED: FEB 10, 2024 Murky red/brown color. Thin head that quickly disappears. Raspberry, cherry, barnyard in the aroma. Sour , fruity with vinegar like acidity. Very complex.

Hazy red with no head. Very tart with cherries, raspberries, wood, brett, complex. Very tart, soft carbonation. Dense and feels like 10% and not just 6%. GREAT!

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2023 Bottle, 75cl. Murky peach colored, quick to go small head. Rustic berry atomas, incredible. Sharp sour flavors into a vinegar finish. One of the sourest labics I've tried. Proper sour.

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2023 Klare rötlich orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Säuerlich fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich säuerlich fruchtig mit Kirschen und Himbeeren. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2023 Poured from 375mL bottle (no 71 - 19/20; bottled 17/06/2020). Cloudy reddish orange with minimal white head. Cherry, very mild raspberry, funk, earth, overall a little bit muted however. Still nice.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2023 No. 71. Not a pop, just a fairly flat looking beer, a bit of murk to it, ruddy colour. Aroma shows the cherry more, and a bit of leather. On the palate, it's got a fairly tart character, lots of fruit, definitely a blend. Surprised that the cherry comes through so much. Dry finish, some leather, touch of bretty. Earthy, austere. Sharper than the usual 3F, so not my ideal.
