Here are the NCAA Div. 1 men’s college basketball RPI rankings for teams of interest as of Tuesday, February 24th, 2015.

Of note: Obviously, if your team wins its conference tournament at the end of the season, it receives an automatic invitation to the NCAA Tournament regardless of its RPI ranking or its rankings in the AP and Coaches polls.

RPI ranking (strength of schedule ranking):

#23 West Virginia (46)
#51 Stanford (66)
#54 Iowa (32)
#67 Miami (63)
#73 Syracuse (72)
#75 Florida (9)
#80 Alabama (57)
#98 South Carolina (23)
#107 Florida State (68)
#133 Auburn (41)
#189 Mississippi State (98)
#200 Missouri (6)
#210 UCF (123)
#252 South Florida (86)

Dog of the Week:
#351 Grambling State (340) / Record: 0-22
Runner-Up:
#350 Florida A&M (343) is now the team giving them a run for their money at 1-26.
Pathetic. I don’t understand why they even play the games.

Some BIG movers among our teams this week. Most of them for the better. Eight of our teams now have a legitimate shot at making it to the dance. Just gotta keep winning!

*If you peruse this thread, but don’t participate on a regular basis, and would like to see your team listed here each week, simply post your request or shoot me a beermail.

**I’ll update this list weekly as time allows**

Orlando has an MLS team now. Where is the 2015 MLS Thread?

Based on a long track record with the College Football Thread (tm), I’m fairly certain that no other Metro could be trusted with this.

And certainly not OTL. Jesus.

Cheese is right here, laughing at GoT, glad to know all is right in the world. GoT should be proiud of UCF, I mean the #70 class in the nation for 2015 is certainly something worth crowing about.

We have a pretty damn good class signed for 2015, so I’m pleased. Is basketball season over yet?

Unless Stanford finishes really strong, including the PAC12 tournament, I think they’re out.

Too many bad losses of late, particularly Colorado?!?!. But also Wazzou and UCLA twice.

Beating Oregon and Arizona would be quality wins, but beating Oregon State and ASU are must wins.

It is Beisbol season!!! UCF #15, bitches! Proving, once again, that we are better than Iowa at everything!
Big matchup with Ole Miss this weekend. Work some of that mojo, Cheese. We take 2/3 from Ole Miss and we’ll be in the Top 10 next week.

Complains about someone having the audacity to like a meaningless college sport, desperately tries to prop up his 3rd tier school with a meaningless college sport.

Good job, good effort, JJ.
