I always try and hit as many brewpubs or breweries as I can when out and about, mainly being a brewer myself I am interested in the feel of the place, as well as to sample the beer, no matter what condition, but as they see fit serving them.
So, with this in mind, I’m looking at the places listed in Riga as some sort of brewery, other than the two already planned included in the pub crawl.

My open review of moloneys was late April. My closed review of it was beginning of may. Martinsh confirmed it was not just still closed, but actually proper closed. Staff have even been seen working elsewhere too.
I don’t think the ilguciema market stall has been making kvass since it moved, which was years ago. And I’m not even sure it still exists in that newer location. They’re very low yield as a tick-source nowadays, so I don’t bother checking. |

Moloney’s signs have now been taken down - dead dead.
And regarding the market stand - it was the same stuff they brewed in the main facility. There was no prep done in the market, it was like "tankova". |
At Helsinki airport for a short layover, think I have time for a warm up beer at The Oak Barrel. |
