I should have read the ratings instead of relying only on the beermap. My own fault.

The efficiency of this thread runs @ something along the lines of 95% upwards - quite sure everything was looked at, fixed where it was needed, and some have maybe mistaken the thread as a place to point out actual technical issues, which it never was. All of that in a fairly decent response time for unpaid volunteers and faster than the regular place-related feedback is made. The efficiency of not giving feedback is zero. Unsure how that is better, apart from saving one's own time, but hey. I'm only finding one instance of a bug report under your name regarding this, left four days ago, two days before your complaint here. If there was another, it must not have gotten through as it's not there, bugs don't "kill" themselves and I doubt someone just randomly closed the ticket on a whim. I, myself, am on a trip / vacation with limited internet access and cannot speak of others. Yes, I have wasted a tiny sliver of my vacation in a foreign country to fix this. I cannot be omnipresent all the time, and neither can any volunteer here. That's still far from the "lost and forgotten" phase complaints would be legitimate about. Thank you for your feedback in any case. Much appreciated.
